The Auditor's Report

Year in and year out
Same story on public funds
Ludicrous statements

The people are numbed
Staggering figures wasted
Repeatedly done

Where is their conscience
Have they thrown it to the winds
The sin is too great

A classic case of diminished responsibility and lack of proper supervision. It's not just corruption all the time as most like to think. Why should a RM200/item be supplied for and accepted at RM5000/unit. Yes, where is the conscience! Now there's also a surge of anti-govt elements sabotaging from inside.

It's good that it's going to be now a Report 3 times a year. The culprits can be nabbed immediately and not after nearly 2 years when the Report is made public!

For that to happen, the Audit Act must be amended first before it can be implemented.
