Cyber Scam

It is quite baffling
People easily be conned
And lose millions

They should remain calm
And call the bluff from caller
When no wrong is done

You must be steadfast
Not to fall to such a scam
Keep your wits around

Dear Hal,
Just imagine the attraction to the operators in the Genneva case in recent days - it went into billions. The game is the same, the players are different. It's a pity the lure for quick gains beyond logic keeps the 'business' alive both from the operators' point of view and the 'investors' perspective. Pity!
The business shouldn't be allowed in the first place!

Greed is the common denominator. Allah has commanded that usury is forbidden and this is the clear evidence of the idiocy that human beings fall into.

We hear this often. But there so many first-timers in everything in life. Wealth and health and love are some of the attractions.

Aren't we lucky to be old enough? At least I am.

Dear Pakcik,
Even the old people are easily cheated out of their life-savings because they want the manifold returns promised. But we are old in the tricks that conmen plays and maybe I do not have that much to fritter away.
